Overnight oats are a quick, healthy and delicious way of preparing rolled oats. With no cooking required, overnight oats are simply prepared by mixing rolled oats, liquids and other ingredients and leaving them to do their magic overnight in the fridge. A few hours later, the oats develop into a creamy, tasty, grab-and-go breakfast that will keep you full until lunch, or top up your energy levels as a post-workout refuel.
If you’re new to overnight oats (or Double O’s as I call them), don’t worry, they are so simple to make. Over the coming weeks I’ll be adding dozens of recipes that I have personally developed, tested and photographed, placing the focus on taste, with vegan friendly hacks and gluten free options.
